BED AND BREAKFAST - The Suite
R395 per person, per night
Teenagers (13 – 17): Half price, R198 each, per night
Children 3 – 12 years old: R70 each, per night
Babies and children under 3 years old: no charge
*Negotiate your ideal rate with us, according to the length of your
stay, your requirements for catering, servicing, etc.
SELF-CATERING - The Flat
From R600 per night, for one or two people
R300 per adult
Teenagers (13 – 17): Half price, R150 each, per night
Children 3 – 12 years old: R60 each, per night
Babies and children under 3 years old: no charge
*Negotiate your ideal rate with us, according to the length of your
stay, your requirements for catering, servicing, etc.
PETS
R20 each, per night, subject to their owners agreeing to abide by
our Pet-Friendly House Rules.
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required, by a specified deadline, to secure a
booking.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Cash or Bank-guaranteed Cheques
CANCELLATION POLICY
If bookings are cancelled…
3 months before check-in date: 90% of the deposit is refundable
1 month before check-in date: 60% of the deposit is refundable
2 weeks before check-in date: 30% of the deposit is refundable
7 or less days before check-in date: 0% of the deposit is refundable

Self-Catering only, in The Flat
Per family member, per night, regardless of age, to a maximum of 7
people, plus a baby
FAMILY OF THREE - R250 each, per night
FAMILY OF FOUR - R200 each, per night
FAMILY OF FIVE - R170 each, per night
FAMILY OF SIX - R150 each, per night
FAMILY OF SEVEN - R135 each, per night
SPECIAL CORPORATE RATE
R450 per person, per night, for Supper, Bed and Breakfast
SWEETHEART SPECIALS in The
Suite Candle-lit Supper, Bed and Breakfast, or Brunch (or Breakfast
in Bed!) for TWO @ R790 per night.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
BOOKINGS AT CORAL TREE GUEST HOUSE
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required
by the stipulated deadline, to secure the booking.
- The balance owing and all other charges incurred during the
stay are to be settled the day before departure.
- Preferred methods of payment: Electronic Funds Transfer,
Cash or Bank-Guaranteed Cheques.
- If a booking is cancelled….
- 3 months before check-in date: 90% of deposit is
refundable.
- 1 month before check-in date: 60% of deposit is
refundable.
- 2 weeks before check-in date: 30% of deposit is
refundable.
- 7 or less days before check-in date: 0% of deposit is
refundable.
- Pet-owners are requested to take note of the terms and
conditions stipulated in our Pet-Friendly House Rules , below.
- Please note that when we receive your deposit, all our Terms
and Conditions are deemed as having been accepted by you.
PET-FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES
For the sake of hygiene and the convenience of our neighbours and
other guests at Coral Tree Guest House, we kindly request that
pet-owners should accept the following rules when making a booking,
and then abide by them during their stay:
Please:
- Discard pet poo as soon as possible
- Clean accidental puddles immediately
- Keep your pets out of the pool
- Keep your gates closed at all times and your pets safely
inside your garden or patio
- Please prevent unnecessary barking
- Pets may not be left behind, unattended, in The Flat or The
Suite
- Pets may not sleep on beds or in bathrooms
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
