CORAL TREE GUEST HOUSE is within fifteen minutes from “everywhere in Port Elizabeth” – the Beach, the Airport, Greenacres Shopping Centre, Hospitals, St George’s Park, Corporate HQ’s (Cadbury’s, Coca-Cola, GM, etc) Collegiate and Grey Schools, etc – but only three minutes from a vet, about 20 minutes from Cat and Dog Show venues and the new Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium is an easy walk away.

RATES FOR THE PET-FRIENDLY, SELF-CATERING FLAT
People: From R600 per night, for one or two people (R300 per adult, per night)
Pets: From 1 January 2012, R20 booking levy for one or two pets, R50 booking levy for three or more pets, subject to our Pet-Friendly House Rules

PET-FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES
For the sake of hygiene and the convenience of other guests and neighbours,
we kindly request pet owners to abide by these rules:
• No Pets are allowed on furniture, beds or in bathrooms
• Keep your gates closed at all times and your pets safely inside the patio
• Please discard pet poo straight away: use the scoop and plastic bag then the bin in the driveway
• No Pets in the pool area
• Do not leave your pets behind, unattended, at any time
• Clean accidental puddles immediately: use the antibacterial cloths under the sink
• Prevent unnecessary barking
MUNICIPAL BY-LAWS REGARDING DOGS ON THE BEACH
Dogs on the Beach must be kept on a leash at all times
Owners must dispose of their pets’ faeces
Dogs are welcome on the Beach within designated areas
A Clearly Marked Map is available, which indicates Dog-Friendly Areas at the Beach-Front:
• Dogs allowed on the beach From the Harbour Wall to the King’s Beach Slipway
• Dogs allowed on the connecting sidewalks between King’s and Hobie Beaches
• Dogs allowed at back of beach on grassed areas between the Slipway and Pipe (Pollock) parking area
• Dogs allowed on the Beach again from Pipe to Cape Receife
• Dogs allowed OUTSIDE demarcated bathing areas on all other beaches.
Fines for not abiding by these By-Laws:
Not removing faeces - R1000.00
Dog not on a leash - R500.00
Walking a dog in a restricted area - R500.00.
